Spiritual disciplines are simply ways to open ourselves to God. They help us become aware of the many ways God speaks to us and provide us with ways to respond to Him. The "Spiritual Disciplines series" explores and explains how the use of disciplines (such as journaling, Bible reading, prayer, and others) can deepen both our walk with God and our community with other believers. While many think of the spiritual disciplines as solitary pursuits, this series allows group members to share together the riches of a deeper walk with God.
