YOU DESERVE A NEW BEGINNING!
The power of a new beginning is the ability to let go of the old and embrace the new, which is often the unknown.
We live in a world where many people feel ashamed and embarrassed to confront their true selves, their insecurities, their past, their pain, and their emotional scars. Thus, we become skilled at pretending, hiding behind masks to avoid facing what lies within. To cope with our pain, we create ways to cover it up. Some of us use makeup, while others rely on designer clothes, luxury cars, or the pursuit of a perfect appearance to distract from the trauma we've experienced. But beneath it all, there is still inner turmoil, a silent cry for help whenever the past threatens to resurface.
In this book, Eno shares her personal journey of facing her past to not just exist but truly live and thrive in her new beginning. She listed practical approaches that guided her healing.
- Breaking free from old habits
- Stop making excuses
- Embrace change
- Using the biblical analogy of new wine in new wineskins. Eno Jonah encourages readers to release the past to make space for growth and transformation, ultimately choosing a life filled with abundance, love, and forgiveness
