This limited collection of sermons is intentionally simplistic in language, free of confusing theological terms and erudite vocabulary. The sermons are crafted to be understood by eighth graders up to individuals in the winter of their years, while being rich in theological depth and meaning. Preaching must be understood by the hearer to be effective, otherwise it is like a seed that is sown on a path, seeds that are snatched away by the evil one (Matt 13:18-19). May these sermons inspire readers in their spiritual growth and maturity in Christ. May they take root in the soul and bear fruit, thirty-, seventy-, to a hundredfold.
