"Scattering the Pieces" has been a lesson in fortitude as I reflect on the periods of my life. As a baby boomer, post WWII trauma was still very much a part of our culture in society, and the fear of air raids was always present. Growing up in the Parochial school system gave me some sense of security though as I learned that God loved us and was ever present in our lives, but I still searched for the reality of knowing Him. My heart yearned for spiritual experiences that sometimes led me down the wrong path. Thankfully I learned the truth in His Word. Dance gave me joy and a purpose and became a huge part of my life, but I was torn between wanting to be a professional dancer and serving the Lord. I ended up marrying at a very young age leaving my dreams behind, and the trials I experienced as a young single mother were almost too much to bear. Follow my life's journey as I reconnected with purpose in both knowing my Savior's love and Dance that is so much a part of who I am. It is the story of Faith, Hope, Forgiveness and Freedom.
