So much of human resource management these days is driven by fear of lawsuits (an employee suing an employer) that many companies and organizations do not achieve as much productivity and pro tability as they deserve. ey spend large sums on lawyers and strategies to prevent lawsuits. ey sometimes retain, rather than terminate, underperforming employees, for fear that a terminated employee will sue. is diverts money from company pro ts and employee wages. Lawyer David A. Robinson and his wife, human resources professional Esther, have advised employers and thought about this problem for decades. Is there anything employers can do about this problem? Looking for answers, David and Esther found some answers in a place they did not expect: the Bible. ey expected the Bible to be on the side of "servants" (employees), not "masters" (employers). ey were pleasantly surprised to nd the Bible on the side of employees AND employers! is book is written speci cally for 2026 and the next few years. In his inaugural address on January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump said society should be "colorblind and merit-based." He added, "As of today, it will henceforth be the o cial policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female." Employers, whether they approve or disapprove of Trump, should be mindful of those words.
