A-Z of Wellbeing for Children provides an alphabet of wellbeing words, thoughts and activities to help children aged 7 to 11 improve and maintain their mental health.
Looking after our wellbeing inside and out is really important.
A-Z of Wellbeing for Children provides simple things for kids aged 7 to 11 to do and think about that will help them work out how to look after themselves better.
Ruth Rice and Debbie Green show children that Jesus is the very best teacher when it comes to wellbeing as they explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connecting, Learning, Getting Active, Taking Notice and Giving. Each of the 26 words of wellbeing are accompanied by stories about Jesus to read, ideas to try, pictures to colour and prayers to pray. The activities are designed for a young person to do either on their own, with a friend or an adult who cares for them.
Remember it is OK not to be OK. And it is also OK to be OK. A-Z of Wellbeing for Children encourages kids to be who God made them to be and provides them with tools that can help them look after their mental health.
