Rediscover the Wonder of God's Amazing Grace
We've heard the gospel stories about Jesus so many times that they no longer surprise us. But to His first audiences, Jesus's words and ways were nothing short of amazing:
- Jesus's healing of the sick amazed the crowds.
- His glory on the Mount of Transfiguration amazed His disciples.
- His empty tomb amazed the women who witnessed His resurrection.
Join Bill Crowder as he guides you through nine scenes in the gospel of Mark when Jesus amazed His followers and enemies alike. This theme of amazement running all through Mark's account highlights the power and mercy of God's Messiah and His plan of redemption.
"Mark reveals many amazing things about Jesus to capture the hearts, minds, and attention of his audience," Bill writes, and that includes those of us reading the gospel of Jesus today.
With discussion questions at the end of each chapter, this exploration of Jesus's astonishing ministry is ideal for both individuals and church groups. See afresh the marvels of the good news of Jesus and treasure His ever-present love and grace in your life.
