Kenneth R. Himes, OFM is professor emeritus at Boston College. He currently serves as Franciscan Scholar in Residence at Siena University in Albany, NY. A former president of the Catholic Theological Society of America, Himes is the author or editor of nine books and more than one hundred essays, often on aspects of Catholic social teaching.
