The purpose of this book is to set forth the gospel of grace--the good news concerning Christ and Him crucified--and that alone. It is sent forth with the prayer that through the reading of these pages many will be led out of darkness into the glorious light of God's love, and that the Lord's people will be further equipped to render unto Him effectual service, having a more thorough working knowledge of the gospel of grace, so important in true Christian testimony--all in all that our blessed Redeemer and Lord may be glorified --from the Preface
