Doug Sparks began service with The Navigators in the 1950s, and remained on staff for 45 years, pioneering Navigator ministries throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He was still actively involved in missions at the time of his death in 2003. "Claiming the Promise" was originally published in 1991. This booklet reintroduces the message to a new generation.
