My book highlights the struggle that I have seen in Ministry for over 40 years. this is in the life of the local Church where many Pastors experience burnout due to Pastors try to do all of the Pastoral caregiving. I discovered that the laity can be trained in this area and offer great help where both Pastor and lay person can do effective ministry as it relates to caregiving in the local Church.
My name is Rev Dr. Charles Darden Born in Chicago ILL. My main hobbies are Fishing and reading. Also I enjoy spending time with my Family. I have been inspired to write this book due to the experiences I have seen in the local Church when it comes to Pastoral caregiving. I have been Pastoring for 38 years and feel that the information and research in this book will be helpful to those who read it.
