Kevin Mahon is a preaching elder ministering within a very effective shepherding-eldership model. These elders have had a growing influence on some other fellowships and associations, and have been asked to come and share their shepherding-elder model. About the Author: Kevin Mahon has been the precahing elder at Peoples Church, Sarnia-Lambton, Ontario, for the past 13 years. At the age of 12, he made a bargain with God promising to become a priest. He and his wife were Twice Born during their University days and joined the priesthood of all believers. God is faithful and shephered his youthful promise towards making his living from the Gospel, as a preaching pastor, for 21 years.
