"The City" which it has been aptly named is an Apostolic ministry plant tasked with training and equipping God's people for the King and Priest ministry. The mission of Empowerment City Church is the same as Ephesians 4:11-16 "to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry" in whatever setting they are in.
