Would you pay to eat dinner with a homeless person? It’s the popular thing to do at one New York homeless center. This week, as your teens learn about this unique ministry, they will also think about homelessness and poverty from a biblical perspective. Key Scriptures: Matthew 8:19-20; John 12:1-8; Isaiah 65:23-25. The New Year’s edition of LinC will use the tradition of Watch Night to help you and your students experience the spiritual power of anticipation for God’s work in the world. God’s activity will serve as encouragement for positive change in their lives during 2015.
