Movies serve to entertain, thrill, provoke laughter, and inspire. Few would argue that, in our time, we are in need of a little inspiration. The movie Big Hero 6 does just that. This week your students will dive into the movie’s well of inspiration and explore ways to use their God-given abilities, skills, and resources to help shape a better future. Key Scriptures: Genesis 11:1-9; Exodus 31:1-11; Revelation 21:1-5. Chivalry is not dead yet. At least it isn’t for world leaders. At the recent G20 Summit, Vladimir Putin was observed helping the wife of another world leader with her coat. This kind of honor and chivalry isn’t something we see much in today’s individualistic culture. Next week your teens will identify chivalry as a biblical virtue and explore ways to practice it today.
