In the October 17 issue, LinC looks at the other side of a topic we’ve explored recently: eating disorders, excessive dieting, and how our culture is obsessed with thinness. This time, we focus on ways our culture promotes overeating and poor nutrition through marketing, school lunch menus, and larger portions. Millions of people have devoted time, energy, or money to promote candidates, draw attention to issues, or simply encourage people to vote. What can we learn from these dedicated individuals as we get out God’s message and try to win votes for Christ?
