In the current May 16 issue of LinC, we are reminded that Friends, one of television's most beloved sitcoms, has ended it's ten-year run just prior to the finale of Frazier, another long-running TV favorite. These finales remind us of the more important finales that take place in this season of graduation and goodbyes. Key Scriptures are: Isaiah 40:15-31; Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Corinthians 13:11-13; and 2 Timothy 4:1-2, 6-8. In the May 23 issue, LinC will take a look at ABC's A Wrinkle in Time, the movie version of the popular novel by Christian author Madeline L'Engle. The story explores the magnitude and magnificence of God's creation and the hope that comes from knowing that God is present throughout all of time and space.
