More and more teens are opting not to get a driver's license as soon as they turn sixteen. While reasons for making this choice vary, earning one's license isn't the rite of passage into maturity and independence that it has been. This week LinC looks at growing up. Iron Man, this summer's first big-budget, comic-book-inspired action flick, is the story of Tony Stark, a wealthy and genius inventor who creates a high-tech armor suit, which he then wears to become the superhero Iron Man. Some critics have suggested that the star of the film is not Robert Downey, Jr. (who plays the title character) but the armor itself. With that in mind, next week LinC looks at the "armor of God" in Ephesians 6:10-17 and how God arms us to stand up against evil and injustice.
