Randy Lewis was living a normal life--just out of the Air Force, about to become a police officer and get married--when he made one fatal decision that changed his life forever. Unaware of the true nature of the choice before him, he decided to try smoking crack cocaine. Instantly addicted, Randy's life rapidly fell apart as he spiraled out of control. He lost everything to addiction and spent years as its slave.
Over and over, he went from the streets to prison and back again, suffering in ways most people never imagine. Then, in the midst of his darkness, Randy says, "A Living and Loving Lord reached His graceful hand into the sewers to rescue me." Through the agonizing ups and downs of recovery, God continued to show Randy his great grace and love, taking a hustler and making him a minister of His mercy to "the least of these."
