These two-hour programmes are ideal for special events or after-school clubs, picking up on Christian festivals and special days of the year including Advent, Easter, Harvest and Hallowe'en. Experienced children's worker Martyn Payne provides background information for each festival, with warm-up activities, Bible basis, ideas for storytelling, drama, music, crafts and prayers. While all the component parts of the programme are important, the primary aim is to share God's word with children and to provide an opportunity to come close to God in worship.
