What's more, your church is ethnically different than the surrounding community, and there is a lack of resources available to relocate. In response, it will require a fundamental change in church culture.. "A Church without Walls" has been taught in the local church, the resulting cultural shift helped to transform an invitational church philosophy, to that of a community embedded ministry. It has also been taught to pastors and leaders in developing countries who struggled with raising funds for building projects to support their expanding ministries.
