Mary H. Blake, is a Pennsylvania native, she currently resides in Georgia with her family. She is married to the love of her life, Calvin. Over 15 years in ministry, they pastor a church in the Atlanta metro area, The Worship Center. She has two children Isaiah and Krystal with one son in-law Tairiq. As a child, Mary found her passion for writing, starting with poetry then later short stories. As a child, Mary grew up with 9 other siblings, all of which were raised in the church. Her parents kept them involved in many youth events in their local church. This grounding, has groomed her, to become the child of God, Wife, Mother, she is today. Mary has always shared a love for children, she helped organize and lead several church youth groups and programs. Mary enjoys quiet time and spending time with her family. She has a love for God and lover of God's people. The story's character Gabriel, was designed with her son in mind. Mary wanted to teach young children and their parents how to navigate through life's everyday challenges. It is through her writings which bring Godly principles.
