Author Peggy Musgrove invites us to walk through a virtual flower garden as we journey through the Books of the Bible. In the process, we will be gathering wisdom from God's Word, as we would gather flowers in an actual garden.
Reading the Bible through enables the reader to see the big picture of God's purpose for humanity. The concise articles provide basic knowledge of the different segments of Scripture and reveal insights the author has gained from a lifetime of Bible study.
Each article presents a Bible excerpt on a floral panel for readers to grasp, much as they would grasp a flower they had plucked as they walked through a garden. The author's late husband, Derald Musgrove, took all photographs in the book. His works reflect his love of beauty in nature as the creation of God.
PEGGY MUSGROVE is the former national director of Women's Ministries for the Assemblies of God. She has traveled nationally and internationally speaking at retreats, conferences, and training sessions. For many years, Peggy served in ministry with her husband, Derald, a pastor and denominational official. Her book, Musings of a Maraschino Cherry:
