Carver has pastored for 20 years, traveled on multiple mission tours in Africa and Central America, and worked the streets of Sturgis, S.D. and Daytona Beach, FL. He is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His and his wife Glynda have three children, and one grandson. They live in the beautiful foothills of Virginia near Bedford and the Smith Mountain Lake.
