For Ejiro Theodora Ideme that day came in October 2012 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was in this instance she saw herself again for the first time and in the 14 months that followed she began the biggest fight of her life, Scars of Hope, tells the story of Ejiro's extraordinary experience, her resolute faith, and how she held onto the tiniest light in the dark. This battle taught her that every day is a blessing and must be lived with joy and purpose. Through her journey she desired to lift up and encourage not only the sick but also the challenged and crestfallen.
