The voice of the Father makes up the middle portion of each entry and is author Paul Pastor's reflective response on those passages of scripture-what he hears the Father saying through his perfect word, and, in one or two lines, our own hearts' cries back to the Father. Each entry is poetic, crafted carefully to highlight the scriptures they reflect on with surprising, strong, beautiful words from God, who at times encourages, rebukes, laughs, invites, and instructs.
