A great number of today's pastors are experiencing burnout---the negative impact of stress on their ministry and personal lives--in epic proportions. Unfortunately, most are not properly prepared for the wide range of responsibilities they face within their first years ministry as well as throughout their careers.
Through the sharing of life-transforming, whole-person spiritual practices; theological reflection; and personal narratives of their own as well as stories from ministers in the Lancaster programs, they expertly provide wholeperson nurture to pastors in all stages of their ministry.
