Each meditation begins with a scripture passage. The author then looks back over the day, using that passage to think about--and help us think about--how God wants us to live. His reflections are often more about asking good questions than finding the “right” answers. The five themes in the book are: Certainty Versus Uncertainty, Family and Community, Control Versus Freedom, Hope, and Journey to Faith.
