The Anglican Communion and Homosexuality offers clear and accurate resources to enable bishops, clergy and laity in the Anglican Communion to listen to people and to God on the subject of human sexuality. Anglicans believe that God communicates through the Bible, the traditions of the Church and through reason. Listening to God involves listening to one another, which allows us to understand the Bible more clearly, appreciate the depth and variety of the traditions of the Church, and enables us to draw on the intelligence and experience of others.
The Anglican Communion and Homosexuality is the official handbook of the Listening Process, which was given its mandate by all four Instruments of the Anglican Communion.
