This unit has 3 sessions which are designed to help middle school youth identify and understand their anger and learn appropriate responses of nonviolence and forgiveness.
Session 1: What's Your Style?
When we identify what provokes our anger, we can learn to choose ways of responding.
Session 2: Decide for Yourself
Many things affect our thoughts, choices, and behavior. To a large degree, youth can choose what they will allow to influence them.
Session 3: Choosing to Change
We cannot change other people, but we can improve our lives by changing the ways we relate to other people. Change is a choice.
