Season: a recurrent period characterized by certain occurrences, occupations, festivities, or crops. What season is it in our culture? our weather? our church? our lives? Life with God allows for change. This week LinC examines the seasonal aspects of our faith. Key Scriptures: Ecclesiastes 3:1-11; Acts 2:1-4; Romans 12:9-16. As you may have heard, many financial institutions in the United States and around the world aren't doing so well. Millions of people are uncertain about whether they'll be able to keep their jobs and homes. While such uncertainty can be stressful, and even depressing, as Christians we have to trust that God is in control and will guide us through these tough economic times. Next week LinC discusses how to develop a radical trust in God and how such a trust can change our lives.
