What’s for lunch? The answer at schools across the nation has changed from what we typically call “kid food” to “healthy food.” The firestorm surrounding the debate over federal school lunch standards raises an important question for Christians. LinC explores the question: Does it matter what we eat? Key Scriptures: Daniel 1:8; Isaiah 25:6-9; 58:6-10; John 6:5-13. Growing up means learning to take responsibility for ourselves and our faith. The process of owning our faith by making and keeping faith commitments is an adventure filled with excitement and stumbles.
