In Chapter one the author presents several testimonies that are a result of outreach teams and individuals on Soul Winning Missions. In Chapters two through five the author covers Why we should be Soul Winners, Why the Church is weak in this area, Who should be Soul Winners, and Where we should Win Souls. In Chapter six and seven the author outlines the Mechanics or the (How To) of Soul Winning. Don Maddox earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration before getting saved in 1981. In 1982, Don started serving God in a local church and served there in various lay positions for seventeen years. In 1985, he received a Bible School Degree from Word of Faith in Dallas, Texas. While serving God at the local church, Don was called to the Fivefold Ministry Office of Prophet. In the winter of 1982, Don attended a weeklong Soul Winning Seminar that changed him forever as he was anointed with an intense desire to see others born again. For fifteen years Don led the outreach team at a local church as they went on weekly Soul Winning Missions. Most of the Testimonies in chapter one came from these Missions. Along with leading the Outreach Team Don taught the team members to Win Souls and prayed for the anointing to Win Lost Souls to be passed on to them. The success of this effort is evident as you read the testimonies in Chapter one. In 2001, Don Founded Vanguard Ministries Inc. and is Prophet and President of that organization. We in the Ministry are serving God to the best of our ability in these last days.
