Dr. William Bumphus D.D., Is an ex-offender. He has been arrested 23 times and has served four prison terms. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior while incarcerated on his last charge of burglary and theft, and has been serving Jesus ever since. He founded "Jesus House" which is a Christian Re-entry residential Facility housing 40 men recently released from prison. He host a weekly TV program called JIPM Presents and he has an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Saint Thomas Christian School. He travels to prisons, jails, youth facilities and Churches across the United States and has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including The 700 Club, TBN Network and on the cover of Charisma Magazine.
