Chapters 4-6 focus on God's activity in revealing dreams to Nebuchadnezzar and the three Hebrew children's refusal to compromise their dedication to God. Chapters 7-9 deal with God's sovereignty. Chapters 10 through 14 examine the various stages of the four world empires. Chapter 15 discusses Daniel's Prayer for his people. Chapter 17 scrutinizes the seventy weeks of Daniel 9:24-27. Chapters 18-19 draw attention to salvation through Jesus. The remaining chapters (20-25) investigate the final visions disclosed to Daniel.
