Video Sessions: - Session 1: Introduction: Are You Tired? (15:20)--In this opening session Jennie Allen addresses the challenge that many women face. Striving, performing, and working to measure up to an invisible list that many women struggle with on a daily basis. We never feel like we are enough. It is time to discover the rhythms of grace that God provides as we depend upon Him and realize that He is enough, not us.
- Session 2: Fulfilled: The End of Thirst (10:30)--This session looks at John 2 and Jesus' first miracle. We learn that Jesus is the new wine and the answer to all the religious sacrifices and rituals with a new way. He offers us the best, He offers Himself.
- Session 3: Connected: The End of Loneliness (13:30)--This session challenges us to look at one of our greatest fears. Isolation. However, we can be connected if our identity is secure. Our identity shifts when we know Jesus and it changes everything about us.
- Session 4: Rest: The End of Striving (14:00)--Session 4 dives into John 6. Why are you tired? Are you carrying burdens in your family, with your children, or ministry that weigh down your soul? Jesus shows us another way. God does not move because of us, but in spite of us.
- Session 5: Risk: The End of Passivity (12:05)--This teaching asks the question, "What would you would do for God if you could follow your passions?" In John 9 Jesus goes out of His way to heal a blind man. He asks the man to take a risk - to hope again. And Jesus chooses risk for the healing of people moving them from blindness to sight.
- Session 6: Hope: The End of Fear (14:35)--Session 6 helps us address the fear of death and other fears as we look at John 11. We are reminded of the victory believers experience in death and the power of God.
- Session 7: Grace: The End of Shame (12:00)--In this session we face the truth about embarrassment and shame and the greatness of God's love when our sin is brought into the light. We are reminded that being right with God is the most important truth of all.
- Session 8: Called: The End of Emptiness (12:15)--In this final session to conclude the study we remember that God is for us. John 21 takes us back to the simple truth that Jesus is enough and therefore we have enough. Grace reminds us to come back to Jesus over and over again.
