Gary Hallquist is the Assistant Professor of Worship Ministries at the New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary. He has previously served on the music staff of several large churches in Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. Gary is a widely published composer of church choral and instrumental music and a recording artist with two solo albums. An accomplished performer on the saxophone, clarinet and flute, Gary holds a Master of Music degree in clarinet performance from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master of Theological Studies degree from Beeson Divinity School. A known conference speaker and worship leader, Gary has also been a past participant in the Church "Instrumental Expo" leadership team, which tours throughout the United States each year.
Gary's arrangements are heartfelt and persuasive and I am confident that this collection will be a valuable addition to anyone's music library. These solos are certain to provide inspiration and enjoyment to both the player and the listener. Camp Kirkland
