The Yearly Bible Calendar is an arrangement of the Scriptures for daily reading of the New Testament in one year and of the Old Testament in one or two years. It is all too easy to fall into the habit of confining personal reading of the Word of God to favourite passages and leaving out large portions of Scripture. We are told in 2 Timothy 3.17 that, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." This Bible Calendar is intended to introduce the reader to a systematic and regular reading of the Bible so that nothing is left unread and the Lord Jesus Christ will be found, "in all the scriptures" (Luke 24.27)
