From Hospice to Heaven is a playful combination of humorous stories and comforting biblical truth. These tales were penned by a hospice chaplain and shared with those in his care. They elicit chuckles and sometimes trickles of tears. This collection is useful to a patient, caregiver, or most anyone concerned about their mortality (and is need of laugh) Jim Johnson earned a B.R.E. from Tri-State Bible College, and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He spent 32 years ministering pastoral care to the church that he shepherded and has also logged several years as a hospice chaplain. He plays the guitar and often plays and sings for those in his hospice care. He and his wife Sharie have been married almost 50 years.
