Everything God creates, is relevant. What God inspires, is relevant. We are God's creation, and He inspired the words in this book. God desires that we be freed from sin's bondage. God desires for us to be encouraged and motivated in our Christian walk. But sometimes sin gets in the way, and we begin to allow sin to distort our lens. Instead, allow God to search your heart. And once God disentombs a sinful thought or desire, don't sit on His revelation. Do something about it! We need to address the motivational issues behind our sin. We have to realize that a victorious walk comes about when we stop allowing sin to master over our lives. God wants us to confront what we've been through. Fight through the weaknesses we have. Attack the issues that caused us to jump ship. You may have wondered around in the darkness. You may have rambled in the wilderness for a season, but God's sovereignty outshines the darkness. Satan loves to remind us of our issues, in an attempt to discourage our journey. But God is not surprised by our weaknesses. Don't allow sin to define you. Don't allow your past to abort your destiny.
