The Parables of Jesus Through the Eyes of a Grandma is an interaction between a grandmother and her grandchildren as she is reading the parables from the Bible. The first parable is "The Soils," and the children are drawn in by the way their lives are related to the story. In "The Lost Sheep" they enjoy the analogy of Jesus as the shepherd of not traditional sheep, but of all the people in the world. This book gives a little twist to the sharing of Jesus' teachings in a way children will understand. Renee Howard is married and lives with her husband in beautiful Colorado. She loves to listen to Christian music with her husband, Todd, and their grandchildren. Chelsea Hoffman lives in Loveland, Colorado, with her husband, Stephen, their two dogs and cat.
