This three-session unit in the Connect series is designed to help middle school youth understand and appreciate the use of parables in the Bible and learn to apply the meaning of parables in their own life.
Session 1: A Parable is Like... - teaches youth to identify a parable, to understand its purpose and to recognize its meaning.
Session 2: The Point of Jesus' Parables - teaches youth to understand the messages Jesus taught through his parables.
Session 3: The Point Sinks In - teaches how to apply Jesus' teachings in our daily life.
