Fuquay asks participants to evaluate where they are personally in their thinking on fully accepting LGBTQ persons who are in faithful, monogamous, relationships in the church. Fuquay reports that denominational leaders seek a resolution to this theological and social impasse as they approach the next General Conference, the top legislative body of the denomination, this spring.
