This unique and beautifully handcrafted Flagon (pitcher) with easy-to-grip handle is decorated with an intricate raised relief design of the cross and with glaze of varying shades of blue and pastel colors woven throughout. This flagon is perfect for ceremonial use—for wine (and water) to be consecrated at the Last Supper, or for everyday use. This design can be used for any service during the church year, especially during the season of Lent as the image of the cross reminds us of the sacrifice Jesus Christ made for us. Each Flagon is handmade; no two are exactly alike; approximately 6 1/2” tall, 3 3/4” opening, holds 40 oz.
