The struggle is real! Every semester (or for some people, every day) begins with one question: “Where am I going to sit in the lunchroom?” A new app, “Sit With Us,” aims to help break down some of that tension and create opportunities for community. LinC talks about how to reach out to the lonely and outcast—those outside your group. Key Scriptures: Mark 2:13-17; Luke 14:12-24; 1 Peter 4:8-11. Most teens have had some fun with a substitute teacher at school. But what would they do if they had no teacher? Next week in LinC we’ll talk about an eighth grade student in Detroit who stepped up to teach class for months. Not legal—but an interesting example of what it means to live into our potential!
