In the September 5 issue, LinC reminds us that the back-to-school season means “back to Sunday school” for many youth who have been away at camps or on vacation. Some will also be promoted into new classes. As we celebrate the beginning of another Sunday school year, we recognize the importance of being students of God’s Word and the Christian faith. Key Scriptures are: Daniel 1:3-7, 18-20; Psalm 111:10; and Matthew 23:1-12. In the September 12 issue, we remind youth that on September 15, many Christian students will gather around school flag poles for the See You At the Pole Rally. LinC takes this occasion to look at why and how we pray and what makes our prayers effective.
