Our country’s seemingly unending struggle with racism continues to resurface in recent news. In the wake of the Charleston AME mass killing, the Confederate flag has been the focus of renewed opposition, largely centered on the one that was displayed over the South Carolina state capitol building. This week LinC takes a look at how we define heritage. The recent killings in Chattanooga, TN, have continued that unfortunate trend. Frustration was once again expressed through irreversible harm.
