Each summer millions of Americans join with family, friends, church groups, scouting groups, and traveling sports teams; pile in a car, van, or bus; and spend countless hours rolling down the Interstate en route to their destination. But before we hop in the car, we must prepare. We have to pack, book hotel rooms or campsites, make sure we know where we’re going, and make sure someone will take care of our plants and pets in our absence. Even when we’re on the road, we are continually preparing for the next leg of the journey. Next week LinC looks at the preparations that we make on our spiritual journeys so that we’re always ready for where God is taking us.
