With that in mind the main challenge is examining our perceptions concerning Church Mentality verse Kingdom Mentality. About the Author Ronald G. Hairston, Sr. was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. During his over 30 years of ministry, he has served in numerous capacities in the local church and to the church at large. He has served for 5 years on the ministerial staff at Rhema Christian Center, a thriving training center in Columbus, Ohio, where he was ordained through the leadership of LaFayette Scales, Apostle / Senior Pastor. Ronald is currently Apostle of Destiny Kingdom Worship Center in Columbus, Ohio. Church leaders recognize Ronald for his heart to build up the body of Christ. He carries a refreshing voice of the Spirit and is an ambassador of kingdom dynamics and principles in the lives of believers today. His desire is to see the Body of Christ come into maturity in Jesus Christ and to train leaders to demonstrate the character and integrity of Christ. Ronald and his wife Theresa have been married for 35 years and they have 2 sons.
