Liebhauser is Adjunct Professor for Regent University's College of Arts and Science specializing in Leadership Theory. His area of research is biblically based servant leadership models. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 2011, he began a new journey by leading multiple STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education academies for ""at-risk"" youth.
